Animal Flow

Flow through sequences of fun and challenging poses inspired by animals, and build your strength and endurance using your body weight. Studies have shown Animal Flow uses both sides of your brain, and 100% of your muscles!

Expect to forget you’re exercising :)

Classes

Classes at Rebellion feature a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility, with some classes leaning into one or more of each. Going to multiple classes each week ensures your body gets everything it needs.

All classes are suitable for beginners.

Power Vinyasa

Cultivate strength from the inside out, and build a stronger mind-body connection while you work up a sweat. If you're ready for a fun and invigorating experience that builds confidence, this class will empower you to show up to any practice feeling strong and self-assured.

Expect to try outside-of-the-box yoga poses.

Strength

Build strength with a mix of functional bodyweight and weighted exercises that target key muscle groups, with a focus on core strength and supporting the muscles that help you go about your day with ease.

Expect Taylor (and your classmates) to gently push you to try the next weight up

Yogalates

Get more in tune with your body, improve your posture, and reduce discomfort with exercises that strengthen and support the muscles you use (and strain!) every day. 

Expect to have a better posture, and less chronic pain in your hips, lower back, and neck!

Rope Flow

Enhance coordination, move your whole body, work up a sweat, and help you spine and joints get more mobile — all while trying something fun and new.

Expect to zen out while your body gets healthier.

Stick Mobility

Get more fit with a stick. Really. Stick Mobility uses the training stick as a tool to help you get more deeply into poses and stretches than you could on your own, building strength, balance, and mobility.

Expect to move with more freedom, purpose, and awareness.

Kettlebell Flow

Build strength, mobility, and coordination through a series of kettlebell movements linked together in a smooth, continuous flow. 

Expect to feel like a badass.

Pilates Strength

A small group class (max 5 people) that blends the power of strength training with the precision of mat and reformer Pilates. Get personalized attention while building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing core stability. All the benefits of our group strength training—delivered in a focused, supportive setting.

Kettlebell Conditioning

*Aka hard-style if you’re in the know

Like Kettlebell Flow, but focused more on strength and endurance-building reps over a flowing sequence.
