There are plenty of ways to modify, so all skill levels and abilities are welcome.

yogalates

a blend of principles used in Pilates and Yoga, and designed to help you become more in tune with your posture and movements throughout the day. Each movement is done in a sequence that gradually progresses to activate and link different parts of the body. It is low impact with plenty of ways to modify for all abilities and skill levels.

kettlebell flow

A dynamic class that builds strength, mobility, and coordination through a series of kettlebell movements linked together in a smooth, continuous flow. You’ll learn foundational techniques and then combine them into full-body sequences that challenge and energize. Suitable for all fitness levels, with plenty of options to modify.

pound

become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineering specifically for exercising, pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective workout. Designed for all fitness levels, pound is easily modifiable and welcome to all abilities and skill levels!
