Our breath is at the core of everything we do. Whether we are moving our bodies or just at rest, it directly impacts your nervous system and stress levels.
For this workshop, we will educate you on different breathing pAtterns and how to implement them. Not only at rest, but also during exercise as well as recovery.
This workshop will give you the tools to improve your focus, speed, power and core engagement while exercising.

At Rebellion, we know it takes a village, and we want to be a small part of yours.
you have enough on your plate, and babysitters can be an expensive luxury for some.
so- Once a month, we offer daycare on Saturday mornings from 10am-12pm.
We will do obstacle courses, play games, and burn out all your kiddos energy while you run errands, go to brunch with your partner, or just take time to yourself.
Must sign up in schedule so we know how many kids to expect and have enough staff here to help keep everyone safe.

What to expect: an educational and hands-on experience that will help you stay informed on how to take care of your body. Whether or not you have kids, your pelvic floor is crucial for the quality of your movement patterns and overall wellbeing as you age. In addition, knowledge on lymphedema and how to prevent and treat it in your day to day life will greatly improve your quality of life.
