Functional group fitness classes + a kickin’ community in STL
Rebellion’s expert-led classes help you get stronger, move better, and make working out feel like play.
The Rebellion difference
Rebellion’s secret sauce is a combination of exercise routines rooted in functional movement science, expert guidance, and a fun, supportive community.
Each week’s schedule of classes blends cardio, strength, and mobility, so you get everything your body needs in one spot.
Here’s a preview of some of our most popular classes:
Strength
The strength-building class for people who hate strength-building classes. This small-group, social class features different stations of functional exercises that help you get stronger and move better throughout your day.
Animal Flow
Like yoga, but with poses that are inspired by animals, and flow together in a way that turns your brain off, builds endurance and strength, and is really, really fun.
Stick Mobility
Get more fit with a big orange stick. Really. Stick Mobility uses the training stick as a tool to help you get more deeply into poses and stretches than you could on your own, building strength, balance, and mobility.

Meet the founder
Hi! My name is Taylor, and I'm the founder of Rebellion Fitness.
I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, and a Masters in Kinesiology with a focus on corrective exercise and rehab.
I decided to open my own space in 2022 after being a personal trainer and coach for 10 years, and seeing how many gyms and workout classes only focused on one aspect of fitness, left people to get injured on machines, and felt impersonal.
My goal for Rebellion is to create a community and space that empowers others to fall in love with movement and what their bodies can do, while also inspiring them to play in their everyday life.
I have based everything in this space around helping others move and feel better, from intentionally designed classes to warm lighting and all-natural cleaners.
Regardless of where you’re at, I’m here with a team of coaches to help you move safely, and have fun doing it!
